They have cut staff I found my self waiting over 25 mins to get petrol as vans and other cars were inside getting coffee and food because as like today only 1 member of staff I will be You are a manger ting in touch with marks and Spencer’s as people who go in their also are also waiting to pay This seems incredible for such a busy petrol station imdisgusted

Can’t believe the laziness of the staff ( women ) Of this garage sending everyone down to the self serve machine and coffee machine when they are doing nothing but chatting to each other drinking hot drinks and soup at the till. I’m in there most nights and don’t like touching the screens since Covid and these ladies make me feel very uncomfortable when wanting to pay the traditional way at the till and get a proper coffee from a proper machine. I hope Bp can act on this asap Iv never known a fuel station with such bad service. This is not just once. This is every night I have been to this garage.
