I’ve walked past this independent café many times and now regret not trying it sooner. I’ve been sampling matcha across different cafés in the city, and this is easily one of my favourites. The flavour is authentic and very well crafted. I tried the cherry pomelo option and while the fruit notes were quite subtle, it was still a great drink overall.
