On Friday August 1st, we hired Baba's Bistro to cater our daughters wedding rehearsal supper. Robert, the owner helped me set the menu, as there were a few guests with dietary restrictions. We asked him to be on site by 6:00 pm. Keep in mind, it was a 45 minute drive from Mundare. He arrived 15 minutes early so he could scout out the grounds and discuss set up. It was a 32 degree evening and he had prepared most of the food at his restaurant but he insisted on cooking the perogies on site. He wanted all the food to be eaten hot and fresh. The whole meal was beyond our expectations as he fed 28 of our guests and then some. He and his staff took great care in making sure that no one left hungry. I can't thank you enough Robert for making my daughter and son in-laws evening so memorable. You've been highly recommended by myself and other guests who enjoyed the wonderful Ukrainian meal you provided. Thank you so very much!! Janice and Darryl Senio. This place has gone downhill since new ownership took over. Rude owners and the food quality has gotten terrible since the change.

Has changed hands and the pies are not that great - pie crust is not fluffy. Blueberry muffins are awful - used to have the best muffins ever. And the Chili is NOT Chili - it’s hamburger and sausage soup
