Wow! What an experience. Not only was the food delicious, the staff was amazing and they took the time to ensure our dietary restrictions (celiac) were met! well seasoned beef. great brioche bun. sharp cheddar. distinct flavours amongst all the ingredients. not overcooked or too greasy or burnt from the smash style cooking on the thin parts. lettuce length and width chopped for an easy bite that doesn't drag out other ingredient. great.

Bāgā was a standout highlight of my visit to Montreal. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional—attentive, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making the experience memorable without ever feeling overbearing. The craft beer selection is impressive, with a well-curated range that offers something for every palate. Whether you’re into hoppy IPAs or smoother, more balanced brews, there’s a thoughtful variety worth exploring. And the burger—easily one of the best I’ve had. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. It’s the kind of meal you think about long after you’ve left. I highly recommend Bāgā to anyone visiting Montreal.
