Honestly, what a fantastic place and should be used as a case study for what good looks like. As someone who consults SMEs, I constantly see people getting the basics wrong, no greeting when customers arrive, overall poor service, no engagement. I think Phil's is the absolute barometer for how things should be done. They are absolutely fantastic in every way. I get so mentally fatigued dealing with incompetence and things are so basic it's refreshing to have someone local who is getting in right across the board.
