Tried a variety of baked goods. Although I'm not likely to go back, I can suggest giving the stuffed croissants or zeppole a try. Receipt doesn't state names of items but gives a sense of prices. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I went in yesterday for the first time and ordered a batch of croissants, a batch of seasonal zeppoles and sourdough balls. Picked them up this morning for an event and naturally had to try a croissant on the way. Delicious! Oh my goodness it was so yummy. We put out a big tray of the pastries and people were mad for them. Many took photos of the bakery’s sticker on the box and were quite interested to see what else they had. It’s not that I had a low expectation, but I just didn’t think I’d be as impressed as I was. The zeppoles are crisp with just the right amount of custard that isn’t very sweet and topped with a cherryi was told they are seasonal so get them while you can. I don’t normally enjoy fruity pastries but we don’t need to discuss how many my coworker and I ate. Will definitely be using them going forward for our many events! This bakery has become one of my favourite spots in the Upper Beaches. The bread is always fresh, the pizza is to die for, and the crostata is my favourite weekend treat. I highly recommend everyone paying Anima Romana Bakery a visit because it will not disappoint. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
