After a day at comic con, we wanted a nice restaurant nearby to get a quick bite, This was such an amazing surprise place, completely picked at random and we almost didn't go inside because we thought it was small and maybe it's only takeaway. Have I ever been so glad to be so wrong. This hole in the wall totally authentic curry house is the best curry I've ever had. The atmosphere there staff and the food portions, there is a reason the reviews are that high and it's honestly that good! Everything was good even the fair prices. I'll definitely be back for more. If you’re going to Manchester, you have to visit Popchop Curry House! They open at 5pm, but we only managed to get the last two plates of pork chop rice when we arrived at 7pm – everything sells out if you’re late, so intense! They mentioned you can call ahead to place an order if needed. The pork chops are pan-fried to a crispy perfection, and the curry is aromatic with a good spice kick. Tastes amazing! The quality is still as high as ever, with that classic Hong Kong curry flavor. Since we had kids with us who couldn’t handle the spicy curry, they kindly provided an extra bowl of curry sauce on the side. We also ordered a plate of scallion oil chicken with fried egg rice, and the chicken was just as delicious!
