My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Copernicus Hotel in Toruń, Poland. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting Bar Eclipse, where we had the pleasure of spending time with Sebastian, an exceptional bartender and mixologist. Sebastian was friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English—which I especially appreciated given my limited Polish. He went above and beyond by experimenting to create a unique drink for me—something rarely enjoyed by most and not typically found in Poland. The experience was both educational and genuinely enjoyable. If Bar Eclipse and Sebastian weren’t 8,264 kilometers away, I’d be a regular. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
