Lotus Bar has one of the best whisky selections in London. The selection is incredibly well curated, with a great mix of official bottlings, independent bottlers, and older releases. If you're into fruity, waxy single malts, Noah has excellent taste and always seems to have something interesting open. One of the best things about the bar is that they offer half pours alongside their standard 25 ml pours, which makes it much easier to explore a wider range of whiskies. They also offer 30% off Chichibu flights totaling 75 ml or more, which is an amazing way to try multiple releases side by side. The prices are very fair for London, especially considering the quality of the bottles available. I also love the atmosphere. The large communal table gives it almost a café vibe despite being a cocktail and whisky bar, making it a really comfortable place to sit down, chat, and spend a few hours. Noah is super easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable about every bottle behind the bar, and always happy to chat whisky. Lotus is right up there with places like Dornoch Castle and Golden Promise as one of my favorite whisky bars. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
