We came in today for the first time and spent around £50. Both staff members were helpful and friendly. We’ve tried many fish and chip shops across Huntingdon, St Neots and the surrounding areas, and this was by far the best fish and sausages we’ve had. The sausages were proper classic fish-and-chip-shop sausages, while the fish was flaky, full of flavour and perfectly battered. The chips were really tasty, although we felt they could have done with being cooked for a little longer. Free lollipops for the kids and free sauces! Was pleasantly surprised by this Overall, we were very pleased with our meals and will definitely be returning. Hopefully, gravy might be added to the menu one day! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible customer service and chewy fish! Ordered via deliveroo, everything fine untill we was serving our meals and missing a fish and chips (£13.50) and a jumbo sasuage (£3.50) to be told to contact deliveroo for a refund, asked why, told they cant give refund as its deliveroos problem, they dont have the drivers. When trying to explain that the delivery isnt the problem and that its there problem having not fulfilled our order, she repeatedly kept saying we have no driver's, claim a refund through deliveroo! Barney's plaice couldnt give two hoots about its customers who order via delivery. Safe to say we will NOT be returning due to this as well as the chewy fish and over priced!
