Last Saturday we ordered foo from New Garden. The Just Eat sire said it would be delivered around 7pm. Around this time we were constantly looking out for their delivery car. At 7.30 pm I tried to ring them to see where the food was but could not get through. At 8pm I searched the internet and found another number which a woman answered. They said our food had been put outside our door at 7pm and that they knocked and we did not answer. If they knocked on our door we did not hear it, they didn’t try ringing the bell or knocking on the window ( you can see the TV on from the window) or ring us to say the food was there outside our door. The food consequently was cold, we warmed it in the microwave but overall it was poor. Such a waste of money!
