had a great experience at Baskin-Robbins. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my visit. They served my order quickly and made sure everything was prepared properly. The store was clean and welcoming, and the ice cream was fresh and delicious. I really appreciate the positive attitude of the team and would definitely recommend this location to others. Keep up the great work!

Had very bad experience today at this place. Though all the ingredients were added correctly but the scoop of ice creams was very very small. Also it didn't fill the cup as its very clean. The old lady who served mentioned she added all required ingredients. The ice cream served doesn't match the advertised ice cream. Waste of money. I don't recommend such places to visit.

I recently visited Baskin Robbins and ordered a mango smoothie, enticed by their claim of using real fruits. To my dismay, after drinking the smoothie, my throat swelled up, and I experienced significant pain and cough. It was evident that they did not use real mangoes but some artificial flavoring, which one can tell by just one sip. I even observed the preparation process and saw no real fruit being used, unlike other brands like Freshly Squeezed that genuinely use real fruit. After paying $9.12, I am highly disappointed with Baskin Robbins. I expected a natural, healthy smoothie and instead got a painful experience. I will not be returning.
