The ice-cream was very tasty and creamy however the people behind the counter were both laughing and joking with each other the price was very good so I would definitely recommend this :D Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Tried the strawberries & cream matcha at trinity. The strawberry flavour came through well and it was pretty refreshing overall. The Saturday staff were great though, really friendly and easy to chat to, which made the visit feel relaxed. Would definitely try it again or go for something similar next time. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We came in for a browse and were greeted with a smile and really helpful staff member, who guided us through which items were popular and what would be most suitable based on what we liked. I believe her name was Nahid - she was the reason we ended up buying a number of cookies and a cookie pie and also changed our perspective of Batch'd completely, as we had a terrible experience in the Braford (Broadway) store due to their employee telling us it was "company policy" to not allow flexibility with choices of which item you get and being generally rude and obnoxious. Would defo come again and will be doing so soon thanks to Nahid.
