The ambiance captivated our senses, while the service was attentive and exceptional, enhancing the dining experience. As for the fare, it was a parade of gastronomic pleasure. The Landes Chicken was a masterpiece, its natural juices creating a symphony of flavor with each tender mouthful. The starters, too, were impressive, each dish setting the stage for the sumptuous main course with their own delightful tastes and textures. Good vibes and atmosphere, we had 5 people and ordered a full chicken, chicken schnitzel and a chicken burger with fries and cauliflower mash. The food itself were tasty, especially the chicken schnitzel. However, the pricing is abit too aggressive… for a £70 chicken we expect something larger, instead we get something barely larger than a poussin, and it comes plain serving on a plate with nothing else. Although the food is tasty, it is not tasty enough to justify the cost. Service wise the waiting staff were very attentive and helpful, even when we only ordered one dessert to try, they still give us enough plates to share. However, we found that there were communication issues between front desk and waiting staff. We left a cake at the waiting area to be stored in the kitchen, but when we tried to retrieve the cake from storage, staff had to triple check and come back before fully understanding what’s going on. Still, staff were very helpful and nice and couldn’t be faulted. All in all, we probably won’t come back but if you have extra money to spare and want good chicken with a nice place to dine do give bebe bob a try.
