I went today for the first time. Freezing cold (I work outside) on a rainy day. Ginger cookie and a perfect cappuccino hit the spot ! So friendly and cute place. Everything looked yummy! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There was one customer ahead of me, obviously friends with the owner. Very chatty, but there were two other people working behind the counter, not doing anything other than just checking their phones. I was ignored no eye contact no nothing. When the, who I assume, owner turned to me and acknowledged me, I asked if they had any gluten-free items. They only had a few, which is fine. It is a bakery. It doesn’t have to to cater to us gluten-free folks. I just was really disappointed with the vibe and the lack of customer service. There’s so many other bakeries in the city that do a great job acknowledging customers so I’ll just continue to go to those ones. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I’m truly sorry that your visit felt unwelcoming, that’s never the experience we want anyone to have in our bakery.While I was speaking with another customer at the time, you should absolutely have been acknowledged promptly, and I apologize if that didn’t happen. I’ll be addressing this with our team to ensure every guest feels valued and attended to.Regarding gluten-free options, while we are primarily a traditional bakery, we understand how important those offerings are and are always evaluating how we can improve our selection. We do offer a small selection daily, including our breakfast cookie, peanut butter banana muffin, ruffle square, chocolate mousse cups, and Snicker Date Bites.I’m sorry we missed the mark during your visit. We loved Becked Goods so much! We order Becked Goods for every holiday and event. It never disappoints! The taste is incredible and the design is so creative. They have something new for every holiday (big or small). Their platters are also delicious and great for hosting. My family is obsessed! The staff are a pleasure and the owner is so warm and wonderful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
