My first visit and was somewhat disappointed with the food (miserly size egg mayonnaise sandwich with little lettuce) and salted crisps given the price of £9. I have had much better egg mayonnaise sandwich at other city wine bars. The Sauvignon white wine was not that fantastic to demand £60. The basement seating area created an unwarranted loud environment which made it difficult to have a conversation with guests. Price per person: £40–50 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Not a great venue for vegetarian or vegans.

It's disappointing to learn that you found the egg mayonnaise sandwich lacking in both size and quality, and that the crisps and wine did not represent good value for the prices charged.
