Was good service. He explained what wasnt on the menu that day and then how to access the gluten free menu. Table was a bit worn out and sticky in places. Food was served pretty quickly,as were the drinks Price per person: £10–20 Dietary restrictions: They have a qr code for gluten free options

A great evening tonight, food was excellent, staff very polite, friendly and hard working. We were a party of 7, thank you very much for the prompt service and lovely relaxed atmosphere. We are looking forward to returning very soon to The Farnborough Beefeater. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very disappointed today. Breakfast options traditional and continental. The continental is an unlimited buffet with refillable cold and hot drinks, however today the pastry stand was almost empty when we got there 9:35am, and it stayed that way. Although the staff come to your table and you order your food as much and as many times as you like allegedly, they only came once and I had to go up to them to get the order in. The order was then incomplete, bacon hard as nails; we said okay let's leave it, eat it and order more but no staff in sight, when they were coming out it will be in a rush without making eye contact with anyone. We waited for moee than 20 minutes to reorder some hot food, when I got fed up and looked for the waiter, they were in a corner speaking leisurely with soemone they knew, i waited respectfully for them to finish their conversation, and when i aske to place an order I was told that the kitchen closes 10:30am and it was 10:40am when I asked. I waited for 25 minutes trying to order, it's ridiculous they say they take orders for hot food and cook it fresh and bring it to your table, it's incorrect. They said that the kitchen was shut yeah?! While we were sitting finishing our drink we noticed there were trays of breakfast options already cooked and they were still cooking for themselves. What happened in the past was that the waiter will walk through the tables 10 minutes before closing the kitchen asking for final orders and reminding the time. Very disappointed today. On top of that, when upon leaving, nobody was coming, no one was around to be able to pay and leave, ridiculous. I jad to leave with my son, because he's special needs and wouldn't have coped to just stand there and wait, the waiter made eye contact with my boyfriend waiting and then told him to wait cause he's busy. He just finished eating in front of all the customers that he refused to take orders from and he was flounderingwith a tray... honestly I would like to add that also that another member of staff started hovering around a single mom with a child while they were still eating: disgusting behaviour...
