Behind was, without question, the best Michelin one-star restaurant I have ever experienced—easily on par with many two-star restaurants. The 10-course tasting menu was exceptional from start to finish. Every dish was thoughtfully conceived, beautifully executed, and showcased remarkable attention to detail. The wine pairings were equally well considered, complementing each course perfectly and enhancing the overall experience. What truly set Behind apart was the atmosphere. Despite the precision and sophistication of the food, the environment felt relaxed, welcoming, and entirely focused on the guests’ enjoyment. Each dish was presented and explained in detail, adding depth and context to the meal without ever feeling pretentious. We had an unforgettable evening at Behind restaurant. Chef Andy and his incredible team delivered a truly exceptional experience.
