Management here, thankyou for your feedback. As you can imagine during a heatwave we are extremely busy. I dont think its fair that you report managment should be ashamed of themselves without knowing a situation. We have had many issues with maintenance of the gents toilets, these have been reported but as you can imagine it takes time for parts etc to arrive. We are aware of broken equipment and are on the right path to getting these sorted. As for the cleanliness of the toilets, we obviously check these whenever we get a chance to get off the bar, if there is no hand soap then a member of the public would usually make us aware of this if we haven't already realised. I agree with your statement that the pub could do with a refurb but as for cleanliness, we try out very best to keep this place as best it should be. I think its abit unfair that you are willing to report us over a broken toilet roll holder and some dried up excrement. I do wish you would have asked to speak to management about your issues before tarnishing us on the internet. Once again thankyou for your feedback, take care.
