Mostly positive but a couple of refinements needed. We placed an order online to collect at 18:45 tonight, but it did take a while to be seen to - understandable as it was busy, I work in this industry and I totally understand this so no real harm done. Staff did well with the circumstances and were nothing but polite whilst serving. The Chippy itself seems perfectly clean from what I could see, often a good sign. The food did leave a little to be desired though. Chips were lovely but a tiny bit dry - possibly being in the hot hold slightly too long - as was the fish I was served. That being said the batter was very nice and crispy. The mushy peas weren't good though - not unbearable so I did eat them - but there was literally zero flavour to them whatsoever, didn't even really taste of peas so no idea what's happened there. They were very hot but zero flavour. Food was still piping when we got home so no issues on that front, just a little disappointed with the peas and that the other items were on the edge of beginning to dry out. Overall though I would come back as it's only minor adjustments needed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

First time at Bellas chippy on Good Friday, queue was long but pre-ordered everything the day before, everything ordered was amazing the cod and chips was unreal the gluten free cod and chips were enjoyed by my Mam who hasn’t had cod and chips in a while, the Smokey and Scampi was enjoyed too, but the Curry is one of the nicest curry’s Iv had in ages Staff were polite too, Well done Bellas Chippy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
