Very disappointing experience, especially on Raksha Bandhan. I ordered 1 Chana Bhatura and 1 Rakhi Hamper (sweet box + 1 Rakhi). I even called the store beforehand to remind them that it was a Rakhi hamper and to make sure the Rakhi was included. Unfortunately, the order arrived without the Rakhi. When I called the store, they told me to place another Uber order so they could send the Rakhi. That would have cost me another $15–20, which they were not willing to cover. I explained that I didn’t need anything else—the Rakhi was the whole reason I placed the order—but they still couldn’t offer any proper solution or even a refund. Mistakes can happen, but good customer service means taking responsibility and finding a solution instead of making the customer pay again. Very poor customer service, and sadly, they spoiled an important festival for me. Extremely disappointing experience. Service: 1

Ordered take out from this location, the food tasted great and was of good quality. Their service was quick as well. Overall, i loved the experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Take out Meal type: Lunch
