Molly thank you for the bottle of water your a life saver , On Tuesday June 30th the day of the extreme heat wave of 37c with humidex of 47c, I was waiting for the bus across the street , I was having a tough time waiting for the bus cuz I recently had open heart surgery, I've always been curious about petula restaurants and decided to go in and check out the menu, to my surprise the restaurant was filled with people, . Molly the server greeted me and gave me a tall glass of ice water, and I sat and asked to look at the menu, the food that the people were eating looks spectacular, portions were very generous, the sound of mmmmm mmmmm filled the air, the atmosphere was simple but open , airy , and clean, Molly was a sweetheart, she was so friendly ,and so welcoming, she cared that I was leaving in that sweltering temperature so she insisted on giving me a bottle of water to take out , complimentary of the restaurant. I will definitely go back and try their plum bruschetta and Falafel salad. The menu was incredibly eclectic and curious. This restaurant definitely has two thumbs up, I will repost with another review once I've tried their scrumptious looking food. Cheers and bon appetit Atmosphere: 5

Came here for the first time with my mom on the Friday before Mother's day. Ordered the smash burger which comes with a salad. They serve it on a brioche bun which imo is not suitable at all. Too sweet and airy for a burger. The patty was way overcooked and I did not taste any seasoning whatsoever. The salad was great. Very fresh with the perfect amount of dressing. My mom had the blue crab sandwich (again on brioche) which she really liked but of course it fell apart and was a mess. The atmosphere here is nice and the server was great. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited for lunch to celebrate a coworker's retirement with a group of 20, and it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant provided us with a great menu selection and a private room, which was perfect for our group. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. We shared a variety of appetizers, including buttermilk fried cauliflower, caramelized onion hummus, mushroom toast and plum bruschetta. For mains, we enjoyed beet salad, fried chicken sandwich, Betula burger, veggie burger, BLT, blue cod sandwich, smash burger & cherry tomatoe taglitelle. Everyone was very happy with their meal. Thank you chef and staff for such wonderful experience! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
