Nach der Neueröffnung waren wir zunächst begeistert! Das Essen und der Service wunderbar! Doch dann waren wir Mittags dort und es kam einem Alles aufgewärmt vor. Dann gingen wir nochmals abends hin mit Freunden! Wir haben uns so geschämt! Die Suppe lauwarm ,aus der Mikrowelle. Auch die Fleischgerichte aufgewärmt! Einfach furchtbar! Nie mehr gehen wir dort hin, es ist auch immer leer! Zum Glück gibt's in Mannheim viel gute türkische Restaurants!

We were here a few times at the beginning, right after they opened- it was awesome , great fresh and excellent food and wonderful service! Now, the last 3 times in the last 2 months ( last time being this past Friday oct 23 2015): it totally changed- smaller portions, food always cold (in these 3 visits always at least one person at our party had to ask to have the food reheated or exchanged)- personal correct and friendly as before- We won't be dinning there any longer- pretty sad as the premises are great - clear example of poor management and lack of consumer satisfaction

Kalifiyesiz, küstah ve terbiyesiz elamanlarin calistigi yerin kaderi üc bes aydir... Bol sans cünkü kalite asla tesadüf degildir....
