They scammed our kids $10 change two times. We were at the Luminary Festival in Delta and I gave my kids $50 to order food. I watched from not too far as they ordered two poutines for $26. They received $14 back in change when they should have received $24. We confronted them and they easily gave us $10 back. We tried this again with another family shortly afterwards. Their kids went up with a $50 to purchase two poutines for $26 and they received $14 back in change. We confronted them once again and without hesitation they gave us $10. This place scams kids!! Such a terrible business! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi J.G., We do not scam or shortchange anyone. Our staff handle every transaction with care, and if there’s ever any confusion, it’s possible the change ended up in a pocket or was simply misplaced. Whenever a concern is raised, we’re happy to review and resolve it right away, as we did with you. Our staff are trained to put the customer first, which is why they give the money twice without hesitation. Your claim about “trying the same thing again with another family” doesn’t sound like a genuine dining experience, but rather an attempt to discredit us.
