I ordered food here and was threatened by the driver, scared and threatened with violence. I have now filed a complaint against this company because something like this should not happen at all! Details: I had ordered food from the delivery service Bittus Pizza Express Leipzig. When the driver rings my cell phone at around 7:35 p.m. (because I wanted it that way), I open the door and ask him to come upstairs. He refuses for 15 minutes before bringing the food upstairs. He screams through the whole stairwell. When I get to my front door, he yells at me that he's about to beat me up. He keeps screaming and scares me so much that I put my hands in front of my face because I think he's about to hit me. Then he yells at me to take the food now. When I try to take it, he swings his left arm back, throwing it back with a bang and clenching a fist. I wince again and put my hands in front of my face. When I take my hands away from my face, he holds the food out again for me to take. After I take the food he threatens me that something bad will happen to me if I order from them again. I feel threatened even 24 hours after the incident and I am afraid that this person will come to my home in their free time to use violence on me that has only been demonstrated so far.
