We visited on Saturday, May 16th, and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, our starters—the whipped ricotta and nonna’s meatballs—were really good and full of flavor. However, the mains didn't quite live up to that great start. We ordered the rigatoni, and it unfortunately just wasn't very good. Additionally, the service was quite slow throughout the evening, which was surprising since the restaurant wasn't very busy at the time. Given the premium price point, we unfortunately felt the overall experience didn't quite match the value. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$50–60 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We thought our pricing is quite fair, considering all of our food is made fresh in house, pasta, etc. and we use all organic vegetables and meat products, but will have a closer look. I have been to Annabelle's Kitchen Downtown several times, usually before a play at Theatre Calgary. I love the ambiance, the brick walls, the greenery, the lighting. The food is amazing. The fresh pasta is wonderful, lots of flavour. They have an extensive beverage menu with lots of choice for wine, beer, cocktails and N/A. I will return! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
