Incredibly tasty food and great sized portions. I've tried a chicken burger and a chicken strips meal so far and have nothing but compliments to offer. Block sauce is amazing aswell. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time ordering and I received cold chips along with a burger with minimal lettuce and onion. Trying a plave for the first time instead of the usual had let me down. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Currently trying to get a refund of £38.49 for an order that was cancelled by Block 45 but still charged us for as they had already started making it? I checked on the progress of the food on the Uber eats app and it asked "has your order arrived" I clicked "not yet" and then I got an email saying the order had been cancelled. I tried phoning block 45 3 times and they didn't answer. I have 2 emails from Uber eats saying I will be refunded fully and then 1 saying Block 45 started making the food so we will be charged. For something we didn't ask to cancel and that they wouldn't answer the phone for me to question and resolve this seems sketchy? Won't use them again, seems like a scam. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
