-Almost $30 with tax for one small piece of halibut and it was a bit bland. My friend tried to get just the fish without the chips but FYI the price supposedly would remain the same so it’s $26+ for a small piece of breaded fish. Overall not worth the price. -The chips were good. -Staff are friendly Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Visiting prince rupert for a few days I knew I wanted some authentic fish and chips. BOBS ON THE ROCKS has the goods ... fried halibut and poutine what more can a wandering traveler ask for?!?!?!?! I decided to walk there as it was a beautiful sunny evening, cruise ships in the harbor and eagles flying about ... it was a perfect. Its a nice 15 minutes walk from Atlin terminal along a scenic path just enough to work up an appetite and walk off some of the calories after you're done. Highly recommended. I took an Alaskan cruise from San Francisco and our last port was Prince Rupert. My wife found a video of a guy showing what was around Prince Rupert and he showed Bob's on the Rocks. After seeing that video, we new we were going to eat their. I had the halibut fish and chips it it was delicious! My wife had chicken strips since she does not eat fish and she loved it too. They provide a lot chips and you will leave feeling full. If you are taking a cruise to Alaska, and get a chance to stop in Prince Rupert, take the 10 to 15 minute walk to Bob's on the Rocks to support a great small business.
