Taste perfectly cooked beef and good udon. This restaurant provides food delivery for the convenience of its clients. Many guests find that the staff is nice here. Terrific service is what a number of people point out characterizing Bonsai. According to the guests' opinions, atmosphere is charming here. Most visitors who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

Sad to say all the recent poor reviews are valid. Avoid until changes are made. Me and my partner used to love ordering here but for some reason the only place to order online now is via OrderYOYO UK. After 2 and a half hours (and counting) with no updates (all known restaurant phone numbers are no longer in service) we managed to contact OrderYOYO direct and get a refund. As far as the restaurant itself is concerned, I've got not idea what's happening. If there is no operation, it should not be possible to place an order.

Absolute rubbish do not order! Grey sashimi! I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m throwing up soon. Had to throw most of the order away. And took 1.5hrs to arrive. Uber need to be banned and bonsai closed - also got a free can of 7 up!

Ordered through Uber Eats and 30 minutes later it gets cancelled and we’re told that if we still want it we have to wait 90 minutes because they have 2 other orders to make…. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Price per person: £20–30
