First off, the staff are very rude. Our server never asked how our day was, nor did she bring us water. I asked how her day was and she went “fine.” We go to order our food, and I wanted to get what I usually get, a triple play with garlic parm fries instead of cactus cuts. I have never had an issue ordering this at any other Boston Pizza including the one I worked at. My mother ordered a power bowl and they failed to mention that they didn’t have quinoa. The bowl comes, the server makes some excuse saying “oh we can’t make it cause we’re out.” We did not know this before getting our food. We asked for the manager and she offered us 20% off, which a power bowl is a power bowl cause of the extra protein the quinoa adds. Along with this the manager was rude and had an attitude. I can’t say I’ve ever had a negative experience at Boston Pizza till now - do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Quite the Boston Pizza. The food was incredibly well perfected. Delivery was prompt quick and served very professionally by our hostess Chantelle. You did amazing Chantelle. Very friendly and very professional.

Great meal tonight. Food was well prepared and nicely cooked and server Lexis was great. Quick Service and even though she was not able to come back to my table for a while, the place is packed, when she came to my table, she sincerely apologize and told her, didn’t even notice it as Im enjoying my meal and I didn’t even wait that long at all. Looking forward to my next visit. Way different than the other restaurant (in Crowfoot) I visited last week which is the complete opposite Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
