Just had a fabulous meal at this restaurant (first time visiting). The boston brutes and Caesar salads were made to perfection. Our experience was made that much better because of our server, Fiona. What a sweetheart she was, so positive and happy and I appreciated her suggestions. We look forward to our next visit and hopefully we are lucky to have Liona serve us again. Came into Boston Pizza for my kids birthday. The table we were seated at was a mess and they never brought any cutlery. There were 6 of us and 3 out of 6 meals were wrong, including the vegetarian option I ordered had chicken in it. I get that they were busy, but to mess up half of an order is embarrassing. The young girl who brought us our food couldn't be bothered to even check if we had the right food or cutlery, since she was too busy flirting at the next table. AND the cherry on top was how it was my kids birthday and they gave him the wrong meal so he had to wait 20 minutes while we were all eating. Worst service I have ever gotten here. When I asked for a box for takeout, they never came I had to ask again. Do better. The only good service was from Kari P. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
