Gutted with our order, the menu looked really good as well. Ordered a toastie, basically got a sandwhich. Not happy with the amount of chicken in the panini that cost £12.55 including chips. Also paid for curry sauce in it, didn’t get it. And didn’t get the correct cans we asked for. Plus everything was cold Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1

The food was serviceable. However, I was given a bottle of Fanta as a substitute for a small Tango Ice Blast. I phoned to request a partial refund and was rudely dismissed and presented with faulty logic. They tried to explain how a bottle of Fanta was actually worth more than a small Tango Ice Blast, which is absurd on the face of it. Had I experienced better service, I may have considered eating here again in the future. Food: 3 Service: 1

Worst cafe! Food is always late or the order is completely wrong, the staff make you feel awful for complaining about your food order. 2 hours later the food arrives cold and mashed. They can never get the order right, they rush everything. Phone number doesn’t work either. God help you if you need to go into the cafe to complain!
