We sincerely apologise for the poor experience you had. Due to a very high demand from our weekend in-store offer, we were much busier than expected and this created delays on both collection and online orders. We understand that waiting 90 minutes and then not receiving your order is unacceptable.We completely understand your frustration and take your feedback seriously. We are already reviewing how we manage busy periods and delivery orders to make sure this does not happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the chance to serve you properly next time.
