I tried the Chicken Special Meal at Burger Boy Restaurant and really enjoyed it! The rice and side salad were the perfect portions, and the price was reasonable coz it has a free drink as well. My only suggestion would be to add a little more grilled chicken or make the slices a bit bigger. The chicken portion felt a little small for me, and with just a bit more meat. Overall, a tasty and satisfying meal, especially with the convenient location right across from Etobicoke General Hospital. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $10–20

I’ve been coming to this store for a while because I really enjoy their bacon, egg, and cheese on a bun — sometimes I even add extra bacon when I’m treating myself. The food is honestly great, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Every time I order, there seems to be confusion about how to ring it up properly, and I end up getting charged different amounts. Today was the worst experience yet. I was charged almost $17 and change for ONE sandwich, which made no sense considering my usual order with extra bacon normally comes to around $10. When I questioned the price, one of the female employees argued with me and tried to tell me I didn’t know what I ordered. I’ve been there multiple times ordering the exact same thing, so that was frustrating and disrespectful. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with customer service there, especially with one particular employee, but I usually let it go. Today the situation escalated into both of us arguing and cursing back and forth, which should never happen over a sandwich order. The food keeps me coming back, but the inconsistent pricing and poor customer service are becoming too much to ignore. I hope management addresses this because customers should be treated with respect and charged consistently. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’d give this place zero stars if I could, but unfortunately, one is the minimum. We went for lunch and experienced service that wasn't just bad—it was straight-up hostile. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude from the second we walked in. It felt like we were personally offending him just by existing and wanting to order food. I’ve had better hospitality from a vending machine. It was truly something out of this galaxy; I’ve never seen a human being act that miserable in a professional setting. Unless you enjoy a side of pure aggression with your meal, stay far away from Burger Boy. Total disaster. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
