Really enjoyed my visit to Burger Factory! The burgers were fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The ingredients tasted high quality, and the fries were crispy and well seasoned. The restaurant was clean with a nice modern vibe, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Service was quick even during busy hours. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

After seeing the prices and photos I put this on my list to try thinking, for the price these must be incredible burgers, and the photos looked good. Ordered in one night and upon unwrapping the burger I could literally hear the "wah wah" sound in the background. It was 90% bun, 10% patty with the stingiest "garnish" of veg and the cheese had melted away...Taste wise... it was fine since we were hungry... however after eating it, my entire family was running for the bathroom! All in all, it was a very expensive laxitive. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1

Service was very good. Extremely friendly staff. Burger was delicious but fries were cold and heavily over-salted. Could be a great vibe in the store if they just turned down the music volume a tad. Would recommend if you want a great burger and no sensory issues. But you can always take out if the volume is an issue. Milkshake was worth the wait! Website advertises gluten free fries, but unfortunately this location does not have a separate fryer.
