I went in and it took 10 minutes just to order even though the dinningroom was empty. Then they forgot about me and I saw several getting their food while i still waited. It ended up they lost my order. I had to wait while they THREW some food in a bag to placate me. The fries were old and cold and the burger disgusting. I will NEVER eat at Burgert King again. i was totally ignored!!!!!!!! What was the staff doing that kept them from serving anyone?????? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went through the drive through in fergus ont on a Wednesday. I asked if they do whopper Wednesday. I was told yes I didnt pay a lot of attention when it came up on the screen of 7.99 (reg price) when we got back on the road i was thinking the food seemed expensive. I looked for a receipt and realized i was not given one. I download their app and put the same things in the cart. It came out to less money. I have reached out to burger king to get the difference back. I was told the store would reach out to me and I have not heard nothing. I was on contact with burger king within minutes after my order so they should have been able to look up their transactions and remember who I was. Regardless I was over charged for my food, poor customer service, and follow up as well as false advertising Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
