We ordered through the self-service machine and waited for our food. While placing the order, we clearly selected two drinks without ice and one with ice, but we received two drinks with ice instead. I went back to the counter to explain, and the staff member (Abdul) seemed frustrated and showed a bit of attitude. He took the drinks and remade them, but I was then left waiting for over 10 minutes just to get straws while he attended to other customers. Management may want to ensure that other team members step in to help when the front is busy, as it didn’t feel very well coordinated. I just wanted to highlight this experience for improvement—no hard feelings. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

The bloke that’s on 26/01/2026 @16:35 on. The till “What do you want” Obviously I wanted to pay for my meal. Burger I will say wow it’s hot so a yay chips stone cold. Thinking moto need to sort the staff training back out and teach some manners. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great staff and tasty burgers. I travel up and down the M6 on a regular dasis when I feel hungry I always stop at the Hilton Moto service and grab a burger king burger. The staff in the Burger King are always very helpful and all of the food is always cooked fresh. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
