usually this place is nice but this time it has been so disappointingly bad whole box arrived soaked in grease which have now stained my white bedsheets, burgers made wrong, chicken is chewy, kebab tastes rank, chips taste stale and would be dry if they weren't coated in grease, and gave us the wrong drinks called up to see what could be done about it and got told they don't use grease???? maybe if the uber support was a real human and not an ai bot then someone would be able to see the same thing we're looking at rather than claiming "it's not a valid picture" "we hope you have a better experience with your next order" there will be no next order Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Very disappointed in the double fish o fillet burger on the menu it clearly states with tartar sauce. As we all know the iconic McDonald’s fish o fillet is known for the tartar sauce. So what happened they put a tiny drop of mayo on the fish o fillet. I said were is the tartar sauce she looked at me confused non of them could speak English. So I had to eat what was given. It was so dry and raw from the middle. But in the other hand the actual beef burgers are delicious. If they could just work on some good tarter sauce for the fish o fillet Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Mixed Experience with Notable Customer Service I recently ordered the regular red Donner kebab meal from Burgerlicious Middlesbrough. While the kebab had a nice taste, it arrived partly cold, affecting the overall experience. On a positive note, the salad was fresh and well-presented, and the chips were exceptionally crispy with delightful dips. Upon expressing my concern about the cold kebab, the staff at Burgerlicious was outstanding. They promptly exchanged my meal for a fresh Oldham chicken burger meal, which was hot and satisfying. The unique and delicious taste of the guava drink added a refreshing touch to the overall dining experience. Despite the initial hiccup, the commendable customer service and tasty alternatives turned the situation around, leaving me appreciative of the staff's understanding and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
