We were very happy with the quality and taste of the pizzas, specially the small deep pan size! The second time ordered two supersize and unfortunately though, one of the pizzas arrived with the wrong ingredients compared to what I ordered online. I contacted the shop and after sending photos on WhatsApp, they acknowledged the mistake, apologised, and kindly sent a replacement pizza free of charge. I appreciate that they corrected the issue, although I feel the situation could have been handled a little more smoothly from the beginning, but to be fair they need to make sure i tell the truth again the received order! Food: 5 Service: 4
