We came and ordered a couple of baguettes from here last week for the first time. The food was fine, but what was very off putting was the way the food was handled, bare hands!! A complete no no for us! The lady even scooped up the sweetcorn in her fingers then put it in the roll! Please ladies use some tongs or gloves for the food!! Food: 3 Service: 3

I was queueing in the Buttie Box while my child was outside in his pram laughing and playing, the older lady who I'm assuming runs the shop decided to huff and say "oh go away with that child" meaning my child outside laughing and giggling. I went back to explain that he was my child and he is autistic and her manner was unprofessional and rude. I was told it wasnt unprofessional at all and that she didn't say it like that but I know full well she did as I was standing in the establishment and next in the queue.
