Wow, is been years since I've eaten there. I'm celiac, and they have a great selection of GF options and safe, no cross contamination practices. In addition to that, they make the BEST scrambler ever!!!! Even the GF bread (which I normally never order anywhere I go as GF bread is rarely good) was amazing! Kind, friendly staff, amazing quality coffee (espresso) yum!!!! Gonearly, or later in their day, as they're very busy for a reason! Worth every penny. One of the best breakfast places in town. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30

10/10 for breakfast/brunch. The art on the wall will have you questioning where you were in the 1990’s in a good way. Their house coffee is proper diner coffee: roasted and bitter but not acidic. You can buy their beans, which you will want to. Whether you are ordering a breakfast sandwich to go, or dine in, it’s worth every penny. The eggs they use for breakfast have orange yolks, and they cook them in a proper diner fashion: crispy edges with centres ordered to spec. The sausages they serve with breakfast are always awesome. Order your hash browns extra crispy. Always order sausage and extra bacon. The best thing about this place is the people it attracts. If you are into people watching or people noticing, this is the epicentre of that in Bowness. I am thankful for this business and will continue voting with my dollars every chance I get. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking: Just park further away and walk. No parking fees yet. Kid-friendliness: I would take my child here to give them a good baseline of diner and cafe culture.

Cadence coffee should focus on coffee because everything else was awful. The minute you enter the staff literally disappear and act like it's abhorrent that they do their job. The offer no instructions on how to order, where to sit, if they have or don't have takeout and on top of it all they think having 10 tables makes them busy...the food was not even worth taking a picture of..bun was stale, avocado was brown, burger tasted like leather and again with the slam it in...it looked like they had dropped the container... infuriating. Oh it gets better..that cost me $18...and I waited nearly an hour. My opinion.. don't waste your time...I hate Tim Hortons but in this case..I should have gone there. . Oh great and now I feel like I am going to throw up. I have barely began digestion.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
