Cafe Racer Kitchen cancelled my order claiming they “couldn’t get in touch with me,” yet when I asked what the actual issue was, it turned out they’d simply run out of paninis. Instead of using basic common sense and just sending another item or the cash for that specific item with the driver they cancelled the entire order. No food, no solution—just cancellation. Now I’m stuck waiting **five days for a refund**, meaning I can’t even reorder elsewhere in the meantime. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I called to ask what had happened, the response I got was a dismissive “that’s not my fault.” It absolutely is your fault. With even minimal effort or thought, this situation could have been avoided entirely. Poor communication, zero accountability, and genuinely awful customer service. Won’t be ordering again—and I’d suggest others think twice before doing so. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Excellent, quality food, served by cheerful staff. I recommend Chilli, Mac cheese, minestrone soup, square sliced sausage or bacon roll, all their chicken dishes. Also salad selection is very good.
