Popped in after Grandsons Saturday football match. It is apparently one of the largest M&S cafés in the uk. Nevertheless ordering was easy using the MacDonalds screen type based system and there was a helpful person around to help if needed. The drinks and food arrived quickly via a frendly server and was good. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Visited yesterday the system to order is good and service efficient but have to question the hygiene in the kitchen. I sat and watched my husbands sausages in a bun being malled by the girl preparing it several times without gloves she then proceeded to get her phone out and send a text message and without washing her hands picked up someone else's sandwich with her hands ,wiped her hands on her jeans. This was repeated several times in total she used her phone four times whilst I was watching. Phones are renowned for carrying bacteria.Why are gloves or tongs not used to handle the food. I think there needs to be some serious training in that kitchen. It certainly put me off visiting again.
