Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, Trevor. We’re sorry the rigatoni Bolognese didn’t meet your expectations. We do want to clarify that our Bolognese sauce is made completely from scratch in-house using our own recipe—we do not use canned sauce. That said, we understand that the flavor and amount of meat were not what you expected, and we’ll take your comments back to our kitchen team. We’re glad our service team was able to respond and offer a complimentary dessert. We truly appreciate you giving us a try and hope you’ll consider visiting us again.
