great food, fantastic service. Senna was really helpful as was another waitress that we didn't catch name of.we were undecided to sit in or outdoors at the tail end of the heatwave end of June. we finally opted for outside. unfortunately most of centreparcs woburn has no aircon. Senna was attentive to allegens and food which was well presented and cooked thanks chefs. all served quickly. just a note Cafe Rouge is a concession. we have it from other sources that CentreParcs discourages the blue light discount , even though its accepted at other branches; and its also CentreParcs that madatates the 7.5% "optional" service charge, it can be removed and have your own tip added if you ask, perhaps CentreParcs need to review how the tip system works and make it clear where its shared. Anyway Cafe Rouge can honour bluelight, as its a chain. CentreParcs please play nicely with approved national discount available through other branches of the same chain, especially bluelight for all those working and supporting frontline services. I honestly cannot praise Café Rouge enough. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt welcome. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was impeccable, and every interaction with the team made our experience feel truly special. A huge thank you to Kirsten, who was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, and she made us feel completely at home. I’d also like to mention the lovely Asian gentleman who looked after us so wonderfully – I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name, but his professionalism, kindness, and positive energy really stood out. Both of them are a credit to Café Rouge and are the reason our experience was so memorable. What says everything is that we enjoyed our first visit so much that we made a point of coming back again on our last day. We simply couldn’t leave without experiencing that same fantastic hospitality one more time. It’s rare these days to come across service that feels so genuine and effortless, where the staff clearly care about making guests feel valued and welcome. Thank you to the entire team for making our visits so enjoyable. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience that we’ll remember fondly. We left with smiles on our faces and can’t wait to come back again. If you’re looking for delicious food, a wonderful atmosphere, and customer service that truly goes above and beyond, Café Rouge is the place to go. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
