Visited during happy hour. Ordered drinks. I got overcharged by £1.12. After I complained I got back a £1 coin. After looking at the menu and prices i then had to go to the bar to get the other £0.12. The manager stated that there is service charge on all tables. I’m thinking, was my 12p that he was trying to retain the service charge? He proceeded to show me in the menu. It said discretionary. I then said well I’m not happy with service so give me back the extra 12p. He then proceeded to give me the 12p in 2p coins. I don’t think I will be back. I regret going in there in the first place. I went in, place was nice and quiet. Then the Music went very loud and I could not wait to leave. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: £10–20
