Looks nice enough but lack of customer service: when I hoped to use their toilet (before ordering a coffee) the lady reacted like I was a pariah… so I went without the coffee. One potential repeat customer lost! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Amazing spot that completely made our morning in London! Cafégenic has a wonderful, lively vibe. The background music set the perfect rhythm for a great mood that stayed with us all day long. The customer service here is outstanding. A special shoutout to Benedikta, who welcomed us with the warmest smile, made us feel so at home, and gave us fantastic recommendations from the menu. Huge thanks to the chef as well! The breakfast was incredible—delicious, beautifully served, and, best of all, wholesome and healthy. You can truly taste the quality and care put into every dish. We had an unforgettable experience and will definitely be returning next time we’re in London. Highly recommended!
