Absolutely outstanding experience with Caffe Limes! I needed a spare part for my 13-year-old espresso machine, and they had exactly what I was looking for. Ordered one day, delivered the next -> within 24 hours, and with no extra charge for the fast shipping. On top of that, the email communication was friendly, prompt, and genuinely helpful. It's great to find a specialist shop that keeps older machines alive and treats every customer, even for a single part, with such care and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone needing espresso machine parts, accessories, or expert advice. I'll definitely be back.
