Without a doubt, one of the nicest and most relaxed Cafe Nero branches in the North West. This Clitheroe cafe has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere – perfect for a quiet coffee or a catch-up with friends. But what really makes it special is the incredible team. Every single member of staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to serve you – which is clearly down to a great manager who runs a happy, efficient ship. A special mention to the whole Clitheroe team for always remembering my order, serving with a smile, and going out of their way to make customers feel valued. This is my first visit to Caffe Nero Clitheroe. The place was clean and busy. There wasn't a huge wait in line, but there were only 2 Batista's working and they worked well. I attempted to attract one of the Batistas to ask about the disabled toilets but he wasn't immediately attentive. However he served us two lovely Lattes and we didn't have food. The guest Nicaraguan blend was lovely.. We will be back.
