Always come here for lunch, food and service always top notch brought my brother in today and even he couldn’t fault it and said he’d be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came here 3 years ago and it was gorgeous super fresh, lovely wait staff. Took my family here today and it just wasn't the same. It started off well, we were quickly greeted and sat down. Our drinks took a bit longer than usual but nothing too long. Drinks were really lovely tbf However It took almost an hour to bring our food out and I could tell because every 15 mins the weird clock fountain would play a tune. Something must have gone wrong because in that hour no dishes left the kitchen, despite this we were offered no discounts and no one told us when our food was coming until it was 2 mins away. Service was super slow and that would have been fine if they had just communicated that. I don't think they were understaffed although it was busy there was always 2 waiters standing around. Pretty poor service tbh. We had to run to catch our train and just about made it with 5 mins to spare. My family thought the food was okay but not nearly as good as last time. but tbh I got the chicken bacon and Brie hot sandwich and tbh it was quite dry not enough Brie,I think I got 2 thin slices not sure what went wrong there. Feel bad that this place has gotten bad used to be one of the best Italian cafes in town but now your much better off going to public bakery or solo grano for much cheaper. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Caffe Rizzoli is trendy coffee bar with nice decor and great atmosphere, very popular with shopper's. Situated next too JD Sports opposite Greggs on the ground floor of the Intu Victoria Shopping Centre.
